OUR DG CORE BELIEF
Discipleship is a journey we all take as Christians. At CVCC. we believe that we can only grow and flourish when we do so with others, that is why we are committed to seeing everyone get plugged into community through discipleship groups.
There is a group for everyone, so join us today!
HOW CAN WE START?
Our Discipleship Groups meet every 1st Friday of the month at our corporate prayer meeting in church at 7:30pm. Subsequent weeks, they meet at their location during the evening at weekly intervals. We can help you find a group near you that matches your interests and schedule. A typical group meeting will last for two hours.
A typical agenda is as follows:
• WORSHIP •
We desire to cultivate the presence of God at our gathering.
• TESTIMONIES •
A few may share what God is doing in their lives.
• COMMUNICATION •
You are informed about the Church’s concerns and activities.
• LESSON •
Learning the truths of the Bible progressively and incrementally.
• PRAYER & MINISTRY •
A time to pray for one another.
• FELLOWSHIP & MEAL •
The meeting may begin or end with a simple meal/snack together.
