Rev Francis Khoo - Senior Pastor Rev Francis is the founder and Senior Pastor of CVCC. Rev Francis' ministry is a multifaceted one - preaching, teaching, pastoring, prophetic and missions. He started Covenant Vision Centre in 1998 and thereafter established CVCC in 2008. He ministers with his wife, Sis Shirley as a husband and wife team, emphasising the importance of building a godly and positive family environment as a foundation for God's blessings. Thousands have been healed and transformed by the Holy Spirit even as they challenge them to believe, trust and have faith in our Lord Jesus. Rev Henson Lim - Deputy Senior Pastor Rev Henson is CVCC's Deputy Senior Pastor and has a strong gifting in teaching and preaching. He completed his theological studies with TCA College and graduated with a Master of Divinity in 2006; after which he started the Covenant Vision School of Ministry. One of his deepest passions is to spur others to rise above mediocre Christianity that they may live lives worthy of their calls in Jesus Christ. Rev Henson also has a focus of helping families build strong Christian foundations and oversees the church's Children's Ministry. God has also gifted Henson with musical talents and skills to write songs, arrange music and play the keyboards. He is married to Serene and they have seven children.
Rev Wilfred Png - Pastor Rev Wilfred is no stranger to the Covenant Vision family. He was a Covenant Vision ministry partner for 3 years (2004 – 2006) and is currently a CVSOM instructor. Rev Wilfred joins us with 28 years of experience as a pastor, teacher and missionary. Before this, he was actively serving in Cairnhill Methodist Church as chairperson of Discipleship and Nurture, and Co-director of the Healing Rooms Ministry. His desire is to encourage believers to enter fully into all that God has provided for them in the gospel, and to live this life by taking God at His Word. Here at CVCC, Rev Wilfred will be overseeing the area of Discipleship and the area of Counselling, Healing and Deliverance. He is married to Kathrine and they have three children and one grandchild.
Ps Andrew Teo - Pastor Pastor Andrew is very passionate about spreading the love of Jesus and runs evangelistic programs such as the Alpha Course for the church. He is also an anointed intercessor and facilitates the Covenant Vision's Prayer Powerhouse meetings every Monday. Pastor Andrew also ministers to the congregation in various other capacities. More than that, Pastor Andrew heads the Covenant Vision Media & Resources and is responsible for the origination and production of audio visual materials for the ministry. Married to Mimi, they have two children and five grandchildren.
Ps Jun Undag - Pastor Bro Jun Undag is the newest member of the Pastoral Team. He has primarily been tasked to lead and direct the worship team. He has over 18 years of ministry, music and marketplace experience in Singapore and Philippines leading worship, overseeing church worship ministries, training and nurturing musicians and singers, song writing and recording. He is passionate about inspiring God's people in worship and helping worship ministers and teams grow and become effective servants of the Lord. He is married to Emily and they have two sons.
Sis Shirley Khoo - Administrator Sis Shirley is the wife and help meet of Senior Pastor Rev Francis Khoo. Together, they co-founded Covenant Vision Ministry and Covenant Vision Christian Church, both of which Sis Shirley Administers. Sis Shirley has a heart for women, especially those who are caught in crisis and heads the Women's Action Ministry. She also coordinates the logistics for ministry teams going overseas and is herself an active member of the overseas ministry. Together with Rev Francis, they have four children and four grandchildren.
